Refund policy

Cancellations and order changes

To cancel an order, email info@paisleypoppyfloral.com with your order number at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. Cancellations received before this deadline are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

For requests received less than 24 hours before delivery, please contact us and we will review the options based on whether flowers have been purchased, prepared, or sent out for delivery. We may be able to offer a date change or another solution. Orders already out for delivery cannot be canceled.

Special-event bookings may have separate cancellation terms, which we will share in your event proposal before you book.

If your flowers are not right

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you or your recipient have a concern about the quality or condition of your flowers. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos so we can understand what happened.

We will offer a fresh replacement as our first solution for a confirmed quality issue. We will arrange the replacement and its delivery with you at no additional charge. If a replacement is not suitable or available, we will discuss another appropriate resolution, including a refund when warranted.

Flowers are perishable, and their appearance changes naturally as they open. Please keep them watered and away from heat and direct sunlight. Differences covered by our substitution policy are not, by themselves, a quality defect.

Flower substitutions

We will always strive for the closest flowers and colors to the photos you see. However, as we focus on what’s fresh and local as much as possible, some colors and flowers may vary, and your arrangement may not be an exact match to the photo. We will match the flower style, color scheme, and price.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines how long it takes for the refund to appear. Please contact us if you need help checking the status of an approved refund.
