Bay Area delivery
We deliver floral orders within the San Francisco Bay Area. We do not ship flowers outside the Bay Area. Standard online delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of our San Jose studio in ZIP code 95125. Shopify calculates eligibility and fees using a straight-line radius rather than driving distance.

Deliveries beyond 30 miles are available by arrangement, with fees starting at $55. Please email info@paisleypoppyfloral.com for a quote before ordering. Travel and delivery for special events are arranged separately through a consultation.
Delivery dates and time requests
Choose a delivery date for your order before checkout. We do not offer same-day delivery. We are closed for deliveries on U.S. federal holidays and their observed dates.
You may add a preferred delivery time to your order. We will do our best to accommodate it, but a preferred time is a request and is not guaranteed. If your flowers are needed for a time-sensitive event, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the arrangements.
Delivery instructions and absent recipients
Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address, including any apartment or suite number, and a telephone number where the recipient can be reached. Use the delivery instructions field to share gate codes, building access details, and what you would like us to do if the recipient is not home.
If you authorize us to leave flowers in a safe, sheltered place or with a reception desk or another designated person, we will follow those instructions when practical. Flowers should be brought indoors promptly and kept away from heat and direct sunlight.
If we cannot safely complete delivery, we will contact the sender to arrange the next step. A second delivery attempt may require an additional fee; we will confirm that fee with you before arranging it. Please contact us promptly about an incorrect address, refused delivery, or missing order so we can help resolve it.
Changes that affect delivery
Please email us as soon as possible if the delivery address or instructions need to change. Changes may affect the delivery fee or availability. If weather, access restrictions, or another unexpected disruption prevents delivery, we will contact you to discuss a new delivery date or another resolution.
