Shopping with Paisley & Poppy Floral

Products and prices

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout. Flower varieties and colors depend on seasonal and local availability. Our substitution policy applies to floral arrangements.

Please provide accurate contact, recipient, and delivery details. Special flower, color, and delivery-time requests are welcome, but are subject to availability and our confirmation.

If an item is unavailable or an error affects an order, we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative or refund. We will not charge you more for a change without your agreement.

Delivery and order changes

Our delivery policy explains where and when we deliver, how fees are calculated, and how we handle unsuccessful delivery attempts. Our cancellation and refund policy explains the 24-hour cancellation deadline and the 48-hour window for reporting flower-quality concerns.

Event inquiries do not reserve a date or confirm a booking. Special-event services, travel, pricing, and any separate booking terms are confirmed in your event proposal.

Privacy and contact

Information submitted with an order or inquiry is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit another person’s information unless it is needed to arrange their gift or delivery.
